Boasting a standard depth of 27″”, the OG Professional range provides 6 modules of variable width, from 34″” to 82″” cm: 34″”, 50″”, 58″”, 66″”, 74″” and 82″”. Several elements can be chosen to equip the appliance’s cooktop and oven.

Bringing style to the kitchen

The OG Professional collection focuses on the technical and design details. The bodywork is crafted using steel plating, which measures up to 1/8″ in thickness, and refined with solid brass finishes. The technological core boasts a set of burners, which operate up to 10kW in power, spacious multifunction and ventilated stainless-steel ovens, and a range of professional cooking additions derived straight from haute cuisine.

BURNERS

Officine Gullo high-performance burners are made of solid polished brass and chromed cast iron and are available with powers ranging from 3.5 to 10 kW. Equipped with an automatic flame stabilizer, safety valve and thermocouple, gas burners are the favourites of professional chefs.

OVENS

Manufactured entirely in stainless steel, powered by gas or electricity, static and multifunction, the ovens are equipped with Gastronorm trays.

FRYTOP

The smooth fry top is a chrome-plated professional cooking plate, manufactured in polished, high-thickness steel to ensure nonstick. Grooved fry tops can be requested in order to have the same effect as a grill. The surface of the fry top allows contact cooking as the food is placed directly on the plate without the use of oil. The fry top is used to cook foods such as meat, fish and vegetables at high temperatures. It can be used for fat-free cooking.

PASTA COOKER

The large-capacity professional pasta cooker (up to 14 liters) is perfect for cooking pulses, rice, eggs and vegetables as well as pasta. Welded to the side of the worktop, the pasta cooker removes the risks derived from pans filled with boiling water. The steel tank and tap to empty the cooking water simplify cleaning.
